Overview

Our refund policy is valid for 10 days from the date of your purchase. If more than 15 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer a refund or exchange. Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund. The refund will be credited to your bank account within 5-7 working days after approval.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete your return.

Partial Refunds

In certain situations, only partial refunds are granted:

  1. Paper with obvious signs of use
  2. Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  3. Any item returned more than 10 days after delivery

Refund Process

If you have not received your refund, please take the following steps:

  1. Recheck your bank account.
  2. Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  3. Contact your bank, as there is often processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at info@bluecatpaper.com and send your item to:

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, we will send the refund to the gift giver, who will be informed of your return.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

The time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on your location.
